take the liberty to invite your kind attention towards the following proposals in wake of the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19):

Since the almost closed in view of the detection of one positive case in Khanyar area of Srinagar City. The business and transport establishments and student community has already been hit hard by the shut down after 5 August-2019 and may suffer more in view of the present restrictions. The people have been advised to stay at home and the students are compelled to study at their residences under these circumstances. Proper downloading of study material and e-banking cannot be possible with fixed line internet facility. Moreover, to have a proper vigil to tackle the prevailing situation and to ease the suffering of the common masses restoration of 4g internet services in the UT of J&K is very essential. schools, colleges, business establishments public transport have been

vii) The financial Implication for engagement of temporary man power and procurement of machinery has been worked to Rs.6.00 crores to meet the present challenge of COVID-19 in Srinagar City.

I shall feel highly obliged if you could kindly pass necessary instructions to the concerned quarters for implementation of the above recommendations vis-a-vis release of an amount of Rs.6.00 crores as additional financial assistance to the Corporation over and above the normal plan allocations for temporary engagement of additional manpower and purchase of machinery.
