A Young Talented Boy from the Bandipora district is selected as a member of international Council of Jurists London, presided by Hon'ble Dr.Adish C .Aggarwala.
Mr. Irshad Ahmad Dar, a law student of Kashmir law college srinagar affiliated with university of Kashmir, who hails from a farflung area of Saderkoot Bala District Bandipora became the first member from Kashmir for an international Council of Jurists London. International Council of Jurists London was established in the year of 2007.

Born and brought up Irshad Ah received his early education from middle school Saderkoot and then he moved to Govt Hr Sec School Ajas where he completed 12th class Graduation at Degree College Bemina and later LLB at Kashmir Law College affiliated to KU.
