76-year-old Karnataka man becomes India's first coronavirus death India has recorded its first death due to the novel coronavirus after samples taken from a 76-year-old man who passed away on Tuesday tested positive. The man had arrived in Hyderabad from Saudi Arabia and then travelled to Kalaburagi. "The necessary contact tracing, isolation and other measures as per protocol are being carried out," Karnataka Health Minister B Sriramulu said.
